Weekly Tip: Nutrient dense protein shake

For those days when you don’t have the time to sit down and enjoy a meal. This shake has it all - carbs, fat, protein and a whole range of vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Chocolate or vanilla protein 
  • 1 teaspoon barley grass 
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao 
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder 
  • 1 teaspoon lucema powder 
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen 
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries 
  • 1 handful of ice 200ml - milk or water Method Blend all ingredients together using an electric blender - and enjoy!!!
