Zinc is an essential component of many enzymes. It plays an important role in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids, and cell membrane structure. Zinc can compete with Copper for absorption, so supplemental Copper is added. Copper also aids the absorption and utilisation of zinc.

Microcrystalline Cellulose (Bulking Agent), Zinc Picolinate, Vegetable Capsule Shell (Vegetable Cellulose), Copper Gluconate, Copper Sulphate 5 Hydrate, Magnesium Stearate (Veg Source - Anti-caking Agent).
